Ingredients

  • Prunella vulgaris: 45g
  • Poria cocos: 30g
  • Thunb: 30g
  • Honeysuckle: 20g
  • Licorice: 20g

Instructions

Put everything together in the pot with 15 to 18 bowls of water, cook with low heat for 1 hour, add slices of brown sugar or honey to taste.
