Codonopsis Rehmannia, stewed tofu recipe:
Codonopsis, Rehmannia, Jujube 10g, dried shrimp 10g, tofu 50g, shiitake mushroom 10g, salt.
Remove the pits of the jujube, and shred the shiitake mushrooms; add the ginseng, Rehmannia, and jujube with appropriate amount of water, boil for half an hour on low heat, remove the residue and leave the juice; cut the tofu into cubes, dried shrimps, and shiitake mushrooms.
