Korean Dried Oyster Lettuce Wraps with Dried Oysters
Ingredients: dried oysters, dried mushroom, minced pork, carrots, shallots, ginger, chestnuts, vermicelli, lettuces
Directions:
Soak oysters and mushroom in separate bowl until softened, then finely chop.
Marinate minced pork with pepper, soy sauce, corn starch and water for 15 minutes
Stir fry marinated pork in pre-heat wok for around 3 minutes over medium-high heat, then transfer to a plate
Stir fry ginger and shallots until fragrant, then add in oysters, mushrooms, carrots, pork, chestnuts, sugar, oyster sauce and water. Toss well and mix in sesame oil / lemon juice
Transfer the mixture to a plate and serve with lettuce cups
