Milkvetch Root stewed chicken:
Ingredients:
- 700 grams of hen
- 40 grams of Milkvetch root
- 15 grams of yam (dried)
- 10 grams of Codonopsis
- 10 grams of wolfberry
- 15 grams of ginger
Directions:
- After bloodletting and peeling the fat and tender hen, remove the hair and viscera, wash and scald in boiling water, then put it in the stewing pot;
